How It Works
2-Day KIckoff Retreat
Kick off your CEO-S Roundtable over two days at Texas CEO Ranch, outside Austin. You'll bond with your cohort and learn a proven CEO Operating System from CEO-S founders Joel Trammell and Sherif Sakr.
Monthly Roundtable Meetings
Your CEO-S Roundtable chair will hold regular gatherings of your cohort, in-person and/or virtual. Cohorts are hand-selected and limited in size for maximum value.
Continuous Coaching & Support

Ken Rundus, Chair
Ken’s leadership and relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives have been instrumental in successful transformations, mergers/acquisitions, and growth initiatives at PepsiCo, Southwest Airlines, Mohawk Industries (Dal-Tile), and Michaels Stores. In 2018, he established BLC, an executive roundtable to grow leaders and their businesses by leveraging transformation and continuous improvement.
Ken has served as a member, moderator, executive coach, and chair in several leading peer board organizations in the US. Through CEO-S, he continues to coach executives and leaders to find greater purpose and personal growth.
Ken’s ability to nurture individual strengths, resolve conflict, and align competing interests has been essential to the success of many complex technology and business change initiatives and has allowed him to succeed in significant leadership roles. Ken fosters results by building productive group dynamics and facilitating interaction in practical, tangible ways. His natural ability to bring out the best in people transforms groups of individuals into high-performance teams that deliver results.
NATIONAL WOMEN'S ROUNDTABLE
Angela Tucci, Chair
Angela is a proven CEO, executive coach, and trailblazer with three decades in the high-tech industry. She has led three successful companies as CEO, including Apto, Compliance Spectrum, and NEON, and has served on the boards of four firms, including one public, two private equity, and one non-profit organization. As a coach, Angela draws on her background as an elite Division I athlete, bringing a winning mentality to individuals and teams as she helps them unlock their full potential.
Angela has also been a passionate supporter of women in leadership, dedicating nearly 12 years to service on the board of trustees at a global non-profit advocating for women's equity in technology. From her leadership in tech to being one of the few women studying physics at Princeton, she has thrived in male-dominated spaces.
She is now committed to fostering a diverse leadership pipeline through her partnership with CEO-S, knowing that inclusive leadership drives superior results for everyone involved.
