This is the privacy policy for the CEO-S website. CEO-S is owned by American CEO Education, LLC (the “Company”), a limited liability company located in Austin, Texas, USA. The Company offers SaaS-based CEO software solutions to subscribers as well as advisory services to CEOs.

 

When you visitor our website, the Company collects information about you, including personal information, and this policy tells you what type of information we collect, why we collect it, how we collect it and store, as well as how we use and what your rights are in that process. From time to time, we will update this Privacy Policy so please bookmark it and check back regularly for updates.

 

You are not required you to provide any information to the Company but if you not, the Company will not be able to provide requested information about its offerings or portions of the website may not function properly for you. Children.  The Company website and products are neither designed nor intended for children who are under the age of 13. To ensure compliance with the provisions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of 13 should not provide any personal information to this site. We request that parents and guardians supervise their children’s online activities. the Company will not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 and will delete such data upon discovery.
